Rustic Metal Signs Process
How does our process work? Our design team makes it a easy to acquire the one-of-a-kind sign that you have envisioned.
Step 1:
Send our designers your sign ideas. This could be anything from a Word Document to scribbles on a napkin. Once we have received your ideas, we will get to work on making a proof of the sign.
Step 2:
You will receive a proof via email. Our designers will take your ideas and create a realistic mock-up of the sign. You will have a chance to approve the design before it is sent to laser cutting.
Step 3:
Laser cut and specially rusted. After laser cutting, our team uses a special formula to rust the signage to the perfect finish. Once it has sufficiently rusted, it will be shipped to you.
To Note: Before Ordering Your Rustic Sign
NO TWO SIGNS WILL RUST THE SAME.
To get the rust process started, our designers use a special formula on the laser cut sign after it has been cut. It is then weathered for several days before being shipped to you. If it is an indoor sign, a clear coat is applied. For outdoor signs, we start the rusting process and then allow the sign to continue rusting in nature.
Bottom line: each sign will rust with grace and beauty, but will rust in it’s own unique way; making your sign truly one-of-a-kind.
