Approve Design
Our team takes your ideas and drawings and turns them into a DWG that ready to be cut once the design is approved.
Powder Coating Process
After the laser cut metal sign is cut, it is sandblasted, primed, and powder coated to protect the custom sign from rust and corrosion.
Sign Is Shipped
Once the metal sign is fully powder coated, it is sent directly to you!

Laser Cutting
Our fiber optic laser uses state of the ark computer software for precision cuts, intricate detailing, and specialized nesting technology. The laser is capable of cutting a variety of metals including: stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and more. The precision cuts make the laser perfect for laser cut parts, or intricate design detailing on the signs. Laser cutting also allows for quick turn around times on your metal sign orders.
Intricate Designs
For custom metal signs, we work with graphic designers for artistic layering and detailed design for indoor or outdoor installation. Our artisans are capable of taking everything from images to scribbles and turning your ideas into a proof that is ready for laser cutting. When ordering, you can choose between two options: recessed or stand-off. The designers are able to layer the powder coated metal together to create intricate design concepts.
