Rustic Signs Process
Our team at Superior Laser Cutting makes it incredibly easy to design the perfect rustic sign for your home, business, city, etc. Below is an example of our metal signs process.
Send us your design ideas.
The more design ideas you share with us, the easier it will be for our team to understand the vision you have for the metal sign. For this sign, the customer sent us a PDF (as seen above) with instructions for a rustic metal finish.
You will be sent a mockup.
Once we receives your sign ideas, our team creates a realistic mockup. This will give an accurate representation of how the finished sign will look. It will be sent to you for approval before the manufacturing process begins.
Sign is sent for laser cutting.
After we have received the green light, the design is sent to be laser cut. The metal sign is then powder coated, blackened, or rusted. Once the coating has been applied, the sign is packaged up and shipped directly to you.

The rustic signs are available for indoor or outdoor locations. For indoor areas, our team rusts the metal sign with a special formula. Once the sign has thoroughly rusted, a clear coat is applied.
