Types Of Indoor Metal Signs:
Although each metal sign is designed specifically for each customer, we have a few types of styles that are commonly used on each indoor metal sign. Our designers use many different techniques to create beautiful, intricate laser cut signs.
Recessive
When an indoor sign is recessive, that means our designers use multiple pieces of metal that are laser cut, powder coated, and then placed together. This adds a level of intricacy to the sign, while adding more visual interest, and design options. Fun fact: the sign above is reversible! White on one side and grey on the other.
Stand-Off
Another type of metal sign that our team has created is the stand-off sign. This process includes having individual letters (or other designs) laser cut and powder coated, and then are later attached to the sign. Adding the stand-off element to indoor signs creates visual interest and a true one-of-a-kind look.
Rust Finish
One of the biggest indoor sign trends is a beautiful, rust finish. After the sign is laser cut, our team then uses a special formula to rust the sign. Once the sign has adequately rusted, it is then coated with a clear finish. An indoor rust finished sign is the perfect way to mix modern and old together in a new, classic way. Fun fact: almost 1/2 of all our sign orders request a rusted finish.
