Coach Memorial Bench
At Superior Laser Cutting, we manufacture a coach memorial bench to pay tribute to all the amazing coaches in our lives. Each bench is designed specifically for that individual. This means our designers work with your ideas to create beautiful sceneries, images, and inscriptions directly into the back of the metal bench. The memorial benches are fabricated to last for years and years to come; keeping their memory truly alive.
Memorial Bench Process:
Bench Idea & Proof
When ordering, send us your bench design ideas. Then our artist gets to work creating a bench proof. This proof will be a realistic mockup of how the finished coach memorial bench will look. We will email the proof to you for approval before the design is taken to be laser cut.
Cutting & Welding
Next, Superior Laser Cutting laser cuts the proof into all steel. The steel is then bent into shape and welded together. This process provides a hermetically sealed joint which is stronger and not susceptible to cracking and rust damage due to the outdoor weather.
Cleaned & Powder Coated
Then the bench is sent to be cleaned of all impurities by sand blasting. Afterwards, the bench is primed and powder coated. Last, the memorial bench is packaged up and shipped directly to you. The bench is then ready to be installed at a park or memorial.
